Terms of participation in
“Foreign Real Estate Showroom” exhibition

Company`s registration fee in the amount of €330 includes:

• Accreditation of 2 company`s representatives
  (accreditation of an additional employee – €22/emp. , promoter's accreditation - €105/pers. , invitation to buffet dinner for additional employees and promoters paid separately);
• Participation of company`s experts in business program events of the “Showroom”;
• General advertising campaign of the “Foreign Real Estate Showroom”;
• Placing information on the company in “Participants` catalogue” section of the official exhibition edition “Foreign Real Estate Market Guide”;
• Provision of a copy of the catalogue of “Foreign Real Estate Showroom” exhibition;
• Security of exhibits;
• Cleaning of the territory and passages, general lighting, heating and ventilation;
• A package of information documents, issuance of an exhibition participant`s diploma;
• Participation in the buffet-dinner of “Foreign Real Estate Showroom” (company`s 2 representatives, additional invitation to buffet dinner - €80/pers. ).

Island (open four sides)	the basic cost +15%

Rent of unfurnished exhibit area - €240/m²

Special package for absentee participation – € 375

• information about the company in “Foreign Real Estate Market Guide” (on a black-and-white double-page spread, left page – main information about the company, right page – catalogue of offers);
• information about the company in the catalogue of exhibition’s participants;;
• accreditation of two representatives of the company for distributing promotional materials at the exhibition;
• entry in the list of participants at the web-site of the exhibition www.y-expo.ru.
