March 24, 2010, Wednesday
Day of booths erection and arrival of exhibiting
firms' representatives who are to occupy unequipped exhibition space and
erect their booths by their own forces. Arrival is to take place from
Kosmonavtov prospect, gates No. 4 from 9.00 (unloading of large-size
equipment from the trucks). All the exhibitors to erect booths by their own
forces should have an accreditation.
March 25, 2010, Thursday
Accreditation of the SHOWROOM participants will
take place from 16.00 to 19.00 in the ground floor lobby (near the left
stairs) in front of the SСС Central Entrance. Documents for equipment entry are
to be issued during registration. Arrival of the exhibiting companies'
representatives to occupy equipped exhibition space for arrangement of
the booths will be organized through the Central Entrance for small-size items,
and through gates No. 4 from Kosmonavtov prospect for large-size items, from
16.00.
For your stand decoration you can order flowers
(booth 256). Arrangement of the booths will take place from 16.00 to 22.00.
Acceptance of booths for security will only start at 22.00. The Booths
Acceptance for Security Form should be left on the table in an exhibition booth.
A café near the staff entrance will be open on March 24 and 25.
March 26, 2010, Friday
9.30Booths acceptance from
the Security Service. The exhibiting companies' representatives should enter the
exhibition to accept booths from the security service through the Central
Entrance. Availability of a Showroom participant's badge is a must.
11.00 – 18.00 Entrance for visitors.
11.30 Opening ceremony of the Foreign Real
Estate Showroom
18.30 Delivery of the booths to the security
service
18.30 Buses waiting near the SСС Central
Entrance will bring the exhibitors of the Foreign Real Estate Showroom to the
welcoming buffet dinner in Tzarskij dvor restaurant (61 ul. Basseynaya, 5
minutes by walk). The participants should join the buses from 18.30 to 18.45
19.00-22.00 Welcoming buffet dinner.
March 27, 2010, Saturday
10.30 Booths acceptance from the Security
Service. The exhibiting companies' representatives should enter the exhibition
to accept booths from the security service through the Central Entrance.
Availability of a badge is a must.
11.00 -18.00 Entrance for visitors.
18.30 Delivery of the booths to the security
service
March 28, 2010, Sunday
ATTENTION! The night of March 27 to March 28 is Daylight Saving
Time. The clock should be forwarded on 1 hour.
10.30 Booths acceptance from the Security Service.
The exhibiting companies' representatives should enter the exhibition to accept
booths from the security service through the Central Entrance. Availability of a
badge is a must.
11.00 -18.00 Entrance for visitors.
18.30 - 21.00 Exhibition booths dismantling.

The participants of the exhibition should TAKE
CARE OF THEIR PERSONAL BELONGINGS AT THE BOOTHS!!!

A place for keeping publications will be
allocated on the SCC arena for mass media/remote exhibitors. The Exhibition
Directorate is not responsible for the safety of newspapers/magazines!

It is strictly prohibited that employees
without a special permit work outside their relevant booth.

The participants of the exhibition should keep
the Booths Acceptance for Security Form during the entire duration of the
Showroom.

A free of charge cloak-room for exhibitors is
open in the SCC (at the hall of the 1st floor). Things are taken only if a
badge is available. Two business-cafes will work in the centre of the
exhibition for business negotiations and exhibitors' recreation. Smoking is
prohibitedd

Please treat wall panels and fascia boards
with care! After the exhibition, make sure that the wall panels are not
damaged. Use easily demountable materials to attach graphics. If damaged
panels are returned, the company will be charged in the amount of RUR 6 000
per panel/board.

Please treat wall paint coat on the SCC arena
with care when laying/removing carpet. Use only easily demountable adhesive
tape. In case of damage, the company will be penalized in the amount of RUR
70 per sq.m.

If any keys to the doors ordered are lost, the
company will have to pay RUR 600 per key.
