“Foreign Real Estate Market Guide”
The Guide issues as a separate volume and contains full information about companies offering overseas property, a catalogue of “Foreign Real Estate Showroom” participants offers, special section “Handy tips”.
The purpose of the edition is to provide detailed information about exhibition participants and their offers, intensify advertising influence of exhibiting companies on visitors and allow companies that did not take part in the Showroom, to present themselves as active market participants.
The Guide is planned for issue in November 2010 and March 2011, in the 165x240 format, with a circulation of 6 thousand copies, the periodicity of the edition is twice a year. Color grade – full-color cover, color and black&white pages.
Distribution:
The Guide is distributed free of charge at exhibitions “Foreign Real Estate Showroom”, “Real Estate Fair” (Saint Petersburg), specialized exhibitions and real estate agencies in Saint Petersburg and regions.
“Foreign Real Estate Market Guide” contains the information about the exhibition, exposition layout, business program, catalogues of exhibition participants.
Information about companies is provided on two pages (spread).
Left page: name of a company, contact information (zip code, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, website), information about the country (description, peculiarities of real estate legislation, attractiveness of purchase and investments, opportunities for buyers, opportunity of business formation), information about the firm (year of incorporation, membership in a trade association (if any), awards, contact information of representatives offices in Russia and the proposed country, main partners (insurance companies, banks), list of services offered, exclusive offers, source of company`s pride, additional information, bonuses, discounts).
Right page - offer catalogues, photos, description of
facilities.
Navigator contains list of countries and companies offering real state. The Navigator includes all companies placing information in the Guide.
Handy tips: The section contains guidelines for everybody wishing to purchase real estate abroad and provides an algorithm of problem solution. Information placed in the section indicates what should be taken into account in purchase of real estate or services, provides explanation of complicated issues, lists typical mistakes made during transactions, and recommends how to act smartly.
