Participation in the exhibition

Dear participants of the exhibition! You are welcome to complete the online application for participation in the exhibition. Please, first get familiarized with the participation terms. Application filing consists of two stages.

Stage one. Completing of reservation form.

If you have completed a printed reservation form and submitted it to the Organizing Committee, you may pass over this stage.

Completing of reservation form is required to enable the Organizing Committee to find a suitable space for your company, since the layout of our exhibition is not traditional.

Stage two. Completing of application for participation in the exhibition.

Application for participation in the exhibition means ordering of our services, and serves as the ground for entering into a contract and issuing of an invoice. The application for participation should be completed only after reservation of display space and coordination of its location with the Organizing Committee. The application for participation should be printed out, signed by the authorized person and sent to the Organizing Committee by fax or in a scanned form by e-mail. Afterwards it is required to submit the original application, which shall be an annex to the contract.
